Account & access
Who qualifies, how approval works, and where secure onboarding happens.
Who can open a OneWineMarket account?
OneWineMarket is built for qualified licensed trade customers, including restaurants, retailers, hotels, clubs, hospitality groups, and specialty buyers. Account approval and applicable license verification are required before private wholesale pricing is available.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Begin on the Account Setup page. The application is completed through OneWineMarket’s Wholesail-powered onboarding portal, which collects the business and payment information required for review.
Why does the application open with Wholesail?
Wholesail is OneWineMarket’s third-party provider for customer onboarding, ACH authorization, credit-card authorization, invoice visibility, and payment workflows. Using a dedicated provider keeps sensitive payment information inside the secure payment platform instead of collecting it by email.
How long does account approval take?
Timing depends on whether the submitted business, license, and payment information is complete. The team reviews new applications and follows up if anything additional is needed. For a time-sensitive opening, email info@OneWineMarket.com after submitting.
Is OneWineMarket open to consumers?
No. OneWineMarket is a business-to-business marketplace for qualified trade customers. Public visitors may browse general portfolio information, but wholesale pricing and ordering require an approved account.
Account & access
Trade access, made clearer.
A focused setup path helps licensed buyers move from application to approval and private portfolio access with fewer loose ends.
- Licensed trade accounts
- Private wholesale pricing
- Guided onboarding
Pricing & ordering
How private prices, availability, quantities, and confirmation work.
Why can’t I see wholesale prices?
Trade pricing remains private and is shown only to approved customers after sign-in. If your account is already approved, use the customer login. If you are new, start with Account Setup.
How do I place an order?
Approved buyers can sign in, review current availability, and order through the active product pages. Some larger, allocated, chain, or program-specific opportunities may be coordinated directly with the OneWineMarket team.
Are there minimum quantities or case requirements?
Minimums, pack sizes, and volume options can vary by wine, producer, and program. The applicable product page or direct quote controls. Contact the team if you are building a mixed program or need help reaching an appropriate quantity.
Is inventory guaranteed when I add an item to my cart?
Availability can change, particularly for limited and allocated wines. An order is subject to final availability and confirmation. If a quantity cannot be fulfilled as requested, the team will contact you with the clearest available next step.
Can OneWineMarket help build a list or program?
Yes. Share the channel, price targets, cuisine or guest profile, intended quantity, and timing. OneWineMarket can help narrow the active portfolio into a practical set of candidates rather than asking you to evaluate every bottle alone.
Pricing & ordering
Built around the way buyers actually work.
Compare the assortment with the realities of your list, shelf, guest, quantity, and timing—then order with the context needed to make the placement count.
- Current availability
- Trade-only pricing
- Placement context
Samples & placements
Qualified tasting requests, portfolio fit, and larger account programs.
How do I request trade samples?
Use the Samples page and include your business, buying role, wines of interest, intended placement, and timing. Complete context helps the team evaluate and route the request quickly.
Are all sample requests approved?
No. Samples are reviewed based on trade qualification, program fit, opportunity, inventory, geography, and current availability. A request is not a guarantee of shipment.
Do you support restaurants, retail, hotels, and clubs differently?
Yes. The selling story and program structure should fit the channel. Restaurant support may emphasize list fit, pairing, and staff language; retail may require hand-sell tools and value architecture; hospitality and clubs may require event, gifting, or member-program flexibility.
Can you support chain or multi-location programs?
Yes, selectively. Chain and group opportunities are evaluated around portfolio fit, economics, inventory, rollout expectations, and brand standards. Email info@OneWineMarket.com with the account, locations, timing, and program objective.
Samples & placements
Samples with a purpose.
Qualified sampling is designed to answer a real buying question: how the wine fits the program, who it serves, and what support can help it earn the next order.
- Program fit
- Buyer-ready stories
- Follow-through
Shipping & delivery
Specialist wine logistics selected around the order and destination.
Who delivers OneWineMarket orders?
OneWineMarket works with specialist wine-logistics partners including Zephyr Express and Sidekick, powered by Wineshipping. The appropriate carrier and service are selected according to destination, order size, inventory location, route, and current availability.
Are temperature-controlled services available?
Temperature-aware and refrigerated options may be used when appropriate for the route, season, inventory location, and available service. The team selects the practical method for the confirmed order rather than promising one carrier or service for every shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on order confirmation, inventory location, route schedule, carrier availability, and receiving requirements. Delivery details are communicated as the order moves forward. Contact the team if your order is tied to a menu launch, event, reset, or other firm date.
What should I do if there is a delivery issue?
Email info@OneWineMarket.com with your business name, order or invoice reference, delivery address, and a concise description of the issue. Photos are useful when reporting visible carton or bottle damage.

Careful coordination, practical delivery communication, and protected handling help your team plan for arrival without adding another guessing game to service.

How are ACH and credit-card payments handled?
Payment authorization and account payment workflows are handled through Wholesail, OneWineMarket’s third-party provider. Approved payment methods are maintained in that secure portal and used according to the agreed invoice terms and applicable due date.
When will my payment method be charged or debited?
Payment timing follows the confirmed order and agreed account terms. Where applicable, Wholesail processes the authorized ACH or credit-card payment according to the invoice due-date workflow. Review your invoice or contact OneWineMarket if you need clarification on a specific transaction.
How do I update my payment information?
Use the secure Wholesail customer portal associated with your account. If you cannot access it, email info@OneWineMarket.com for assistance—but do not send payment credentials by email.
Who should I contact for help?
Email info@OneWineMarket.com. For faster service, include your business name and the relevant order, invoice, wine, or account-setup context.
